  1. Cleaned raw paddy is fed from the silo to the paddy storage bin through the on-line weighing (batching) Machine. This ensures exact quantity of paddy being processed.

  2. Pre steaming operation —Automatic input of raw paddy into pre cooker With steam pressure and temperature controls.

  3. Hot water preparation — Automatic filling of water with level controller, automatic steam injection to heat water and automatic switch off steam when temperature is reached.

  4. Water filling in soaking tanks (accurate volume of water by level sensor).

  5. Continuous circulation of water. Steam injector connected to soaking tanks to ensure constant temperature.

  6. After 3 hrs soaking automatic drain out of water from soaking tanks.

  7. Paddy automatically discharged from soaking tanks to continuous cooker for second steaming.

  8. Cooker operation — input & output of paddy flow into cooker controlled both at the top and bottom by rotary valves and level sensors, steam pressure controls.

  9. Automatic loading and selection of drier.

  10. After drying to particular moisture, automatic unloading to milling area.
